SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored networking and security solutions.
• Design and propose enterprise-grade networks including routers, switches, wireless solutions, firewalls (WAF, NGFW), and security architectures.
• Provide technical expertise in VMware solutions (vSphere, vSAN, NSX) for data center and cloud environments.
• Develop high-level and low-level designs for large enterprise, banking, and government networks.
• Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations to customers and partners.
• Assist in RFP/RFI response preparation by creating technical proposals, solution documents, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies in networking, security, and virtualization to provide innovative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of experience in a presale, solution architect, or network/security engineer role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, wireless solutions, firewalls (WAF, NGFW).
• Experience in designing enterprise and data center networks for banking, government, and large corporations.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, network protocols, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vSAN, and NSX for virtualized environments.
• Ability to create detailed network and security architecture designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are a plus
• Experience with cloud networking and security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of automation and scripting for network configuration (Python, Ansible).
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security, SD-WAN, and NAC solutions.
