Job Description
- Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Manage the testing phase of new products and its iterative improvements.
- Plan, organize, and carry out product launch strategies to guarantee prompt delivery and successful market introduction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted customer acquisition for the eSewa Invest platform.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and target potential customers, optimizing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Find new market opportunities and grow the customer base to help eSewa Invest gain market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
- Promote activities for upselling, cross-selling, and higher product adoption to drive top-line growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
