Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager for Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative BTL marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
•  Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners
•  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
•  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
•  Prepare and manage marketing budgets for BTL activities
• Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Supervise the implementation of point-of-sale materials and merchandising

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in BTL marketing
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
•  Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
•  Experience in automotive industry marketing
•  Knowledge of Nepali market dynamics
• Digital marketing experience
