Job Description

• To be responsible for supervision of ISP contact center support floor operation.
• Maintain strong monitoring and reporting systems to effectively evaluate KPIs.
• Should have ISP/ FTTH related technical knowledge.
• Should lead, motivate and train the team to reach set goals and objectives.
• Should coordinate between the internal sub units for issue resolution on defined SLA with various departments.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic and troubleshooting mechanism to escalation issues according to structured protocol.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors in IT/ Management
• 1+ years working experience in ISP Customer Service/ Customer Support.
• Strong have analytical and reporting skills.
• Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have knowledge on contact center operation.
• Must be able to train, coach and develop team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point MS Office.
• Candidates should be good at multi-tasking.
