Posiiton: Associate – Legal, Credit Services

Department: Legal, Credit Services

Minimum Criteria Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• 6 months of experience in banking and/or related fields preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and vet loan-related legal and security documents
• Draft legal documents, agreements, notices, and consortium-related security documents
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and business units to ensure legal compliance
• Manage documentation and system uploads for legal vetting
• Provide legal opinions on credit and security-related matters
• Support internal audits and regulatory compliance requirements
• Follow up with concerned departments to ensure document completeness
• Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal team
