Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bsc. CSIT or any other related discipline.
- 2+ Years of work experience as a technical business analyst or product owner.
Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translating business requirements into detailed user stories
- Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product vision, strategy, and customer needs.
- Representing customers, end-users and stakeholders in product discussions, and incorporating customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Backlog Grooming, knowledge sharing and demo presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, testing, and marketing, to facilitate smooth product development, testing, and release cycles.
- Communicate product goals, progress, and changes to stakeholders
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that product features meet the defined acceptance criteria
- Documenting new and updated features and requirements about the product
Skill & Experience
- Product management skills in Agile principles and tools (preferrably JIRA and confluence)
- Product UX, user journey and use cases
- Knowledge of database and API
- Knowledge of Software development and testing
- Effective verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
- Proven analytical experience related to deliverables and strong consulting skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with APIs and comfortable writing SQL Queries.
- Some prior Experience with Product Management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate concepts succinctly for others to
- Ability to listen well and summarize information so it can be easily understood by others.
