Associate Sales Officer
Location: Surkhet
Description
- Conduct daily market visits to:
- Dealers
- Sub-dealers
- Point of Sales (POS) outlets
- Manage and execute the sales process.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze market data and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related Field (Bachelor’s Running can also apply)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
Technical Skills:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel for market visits
