Position: Recovery Incharge
Location: Kohalpur
BATAS MAW Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is the sole authorized distributor of Volvo Eicher commercial vehicles in Nepal. We are committed to providing high-quality commercial vehicles and exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview: The Recovery Incharge needs to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, monitor customer credit, and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and maintain healthy cash flow for the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on overdue customer accounts to ensure timely recovery of receivables.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams regarding customers with overdue balances.
- Ensure timely documentation for vehicle financing.
- Coordinate for timely OT and DO realization. Ensure timely documentation for the same
- Escalate the matter to higher authority is any deviation is likely to happen in DO/DP collection.
- Maintain good relation with local government, security bodies and BFIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or bachelor running.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Two- Wheelers License with own two wheeler vehicle is mandatory
