1. Business Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1 Position
Location: Kathmandu Office
Division: Orthopaedic Division
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Orthopaedic Division (Arthoscopy, Arthoplasty & Trauma) with brands like Smita & Nephew to various Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client’s requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities with PP Presentation of various products related to Arthoscopy, Arthoplasty & Trauma, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to Management Team, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by the Management. Engage in team development, training/guiding/developing Junior Sales Team coordinating with Service Engineers. Be involve in all other activities as Business Manager under Orthopaedic Division as per instruction by the Management.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Medicine/Medical Technology or Business Management with very storng commercial instinct for Sales, Service & Marketing in Medical Sector
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience working as Business Development Officer/Manager/Head Of Orthopaedic Department in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in Sales & Marketing of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in the Orthopaedic Division in various Hospitals/Clinics throughout Nepal.
2. Dental Hygienists
No. of Vacancy: 2 Positions
Location: Kathmandu Office
Division: Dental Division – Sales & Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Dental Products to Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads of Dental Division & the Management.

3. Sales & Marketing Officers/Executives
No. of Vacancy: 5 – Positions
Location: Kathmandu Office
Division: Sales & Marketing Department
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology/Neuro-Surgery/Radiology/Critical Care/Neo-Natal Care / AWM / Dentistry / Opthalmology / Orthopaedic/Laboratory Divisions (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements like supply of Medicines, Bio-Medical equipments, accessories & consumable items for day-to-day and special during special Surgical Cases, follow-up for orders/payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & Management.
Educational Qualifications: Preferably Bachelors’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science/Medical Technology/Medical Science or BBA/BBS or preferable with Technical Diploma in Electronics Engineering or solid 2-3 years work experiences as Sales Manager/Officer/Executives in Medical Sectors with Sales & Marketing of Medicines, Bio-medical Equipments , accessories & consumable items in Hospital/Clinics throughout Nepal.
Experience : Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in marketing of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions throughout Nepal. Experience handling Surgery cases in Orthopaedic Division, Advance Wound Management & Critical Care Divisions.
4. Service Engineer/Officers/ Technicians
No. of Vacancy: 5 – Positions
Location: Kathmandu Office & Pokhara Station
Departments – Radiology, Opthalmology, Orthopaedic Division, Dental Division, Neo Natal Care Unit, Advance Wound Management & Critical Care Unit
Responsibilities:
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, sumbit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Heads and the Management.
Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering – preference specialization in Bio-Medical Electronics/Equipments
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Technician/Technician of various bio-Medical Equipments at Hospitals, Clinics etc. in Nepal. Preferably having worked in Opthalmic Division, Neuro-surgery/Neurology, Radiology, Critical-Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry & Orthopaedics, Hospital Infrastructure & Neo Natal Care Unit (NICU) Divisions.
5. Scrub Technicians – OT
No. of Vacancy: 2 – Positions
Location: Kathmandu with frequent travel throughout hospitals/clinics in Nepal for cases
Responsibilities:
Be involved in various Surgery Cases maintaining professional relationships at all levels coordinating with Doctors/Hospital Management in Hospitals /Clinics throughout Nepal. Promote various Surgery equipment, consumable items as required in coordination with Hospital Management/Doctors, negotiate & finalization of costs for the cases, payment follow ups, prepare Quotations in coordination with concerned department heads at Office, travel for case management, maintain very cordial atmosphere both with clients/Hospitals/Clinics promoting further Case related services, maintain inventory of goods/consumable items for each & every Surgery Cases, keep proper documentations, obtain balance confirmation papers, maintain payment ageing limits avoiding default scenario and be involved in all other related Surgery Cases as per direction by the Management.

6. Account Officer
No. of Vacancy: 1 – Position
Location: Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities:
Be involved in VAT Register updating, Checking and Reconciling, Keeping proper accounting records of sales /purchases with proper costing of Imports in the Accounting Software, Managing and executing day to day activities with Team Spirit, coordinating with all concerned Branches/Head Office/Sites/Vendors etc. Monthly TDS filing, VAT filing, PF and CIT/PF deposit / reconciliation,,Weekly reporting about Books of accounts, fund positions along with future strategies for debtor’s collection, vendor payment and other day to day activities to the management
Proper Bookkeeping, prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information, Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies, Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries, Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements, Produce payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors, Engage in all other accounting/finance related works as per instruction by Head of Accounting Department and the Management.

7. HR Officer

Responsibilities:

8. Logistics & Procurement Officer/Manager

Responsibilities:
Prepare, generate and process approved Purchase Order (PO) and send to vendors for quotations, involve in Dollar Rate hedging in coordination with Head of Finance, COO, CEO and the Management Team, arrange for Proforma Invoice (PI) with all payments terms & conditions mentioned for LC, TT transactions meeting all documentation for DAA and DAP incorporating INCO Terms also, coordinate with Logistics Companies under guidance of inhouse Logistics Manager for arrangement of all necessary paper works for shipment/on-off loading of cargo from Port of loading, port of entry, port of final destination till final arrival into Customs offices in Nepal, control and arrangement of all information like appropriate Harmonic Code of products, Modes of Transport, Insurance Management, Country of Origin, Vendor Company details, product details, lead time etc., engage in Payment process as per direction by Head of Department in conjunction with Account/Finance Department Head, COO, CEO and the Management Team, involve in freight forwarding, shipment dispatch, arrange for applicable documents and authority letters, shipment tracking, collection of documents for customs clearance, legal documents as per instruction by Head of Department, identify/arrangement of vehicle requirement, intimate Head of concerned Warehouse Departments and follow ups to be made coordinating with Carriers & Truck Drivers, involve in shipment/documents collection/filing in appropriate files/registries, check for lost & damage of goods, insurance claims, notification to vendors, if applicable, be involve in marine claim, customs claim, freight payment, ledger conciliation, shipping bills of export, bill from customs agent, engage in reverse Logistics, documents endorsement, Credit Shipment Settlements, LC Shipment Settlement, Debit Note Issuance, Document Courrier, operational & administrative activities, document presentation and filing. Engage in all other Procurement & Logistics related works as per the direction by Head of Departments, Sr. Operational Manager and the Management Team
Educational Qualifications: Preferably from Management stream having experience in Logistics & Procurement Management
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Procurement & Logistics Officer in a reputed Trading House (Import/Export Business) in Nepal
