For expanding our Business Networks further, we are looking for highly enthusiastic, experienced and competitive candidates in the respective fields/divisions in the Health Care/Medical Business Sectors of Nepal for following positions as under :
1. TECHNICAL SALES OFFICERS 10 – POSITIONS – KATHMANDU, NEPALGUNJ, BUTWAL, DHARAN & BIRATNAGAR
Divisions: Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry and Critical Care Divisions
Responsibilities:
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic Divisions to Government / Private / Non-Government /Donor Agency funded-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts / Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals, Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Heads, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & the Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Biomedical /Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with MBA preferable
Experience: Solid 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Sales & Marketing in Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories including installation, maintenance and Services of various Bio-Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Divisions of Health Care/Hospitals/Clincs in Nepal
2. SR. MANAGERS (PURCHASE/TENDER/OPERATIONS) 1 – POSITION – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities :
Day to day operation, strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories, provide complete business solution to clients as per requirements, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, prepare Quotations as per clients requirement, work out all advance preparation including prices, documents to participate, follow up, relationships build up with various Governmental / Non-Governal Agencies / Organization for successful Business output through participation in Tender, controlling Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other related works as per the instruction by the Management and top level Executives.
Qualifications: MBA with specialization in Marketing/Strategic Management/Business Development
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
3. SALES OFFICERS 10 – POSITIONS – KATHMANDU, NEPALGUNJ, BUTWAL, DHARAN, Pokhara & BIRATNAGAR
Divisions: Neurology/Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Radiology, Dentistry and Critical Care Divisions
Responsibilities :
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology and Neuro-Surgery (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head, condut weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & Management.
Qualifications: BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (preferable with Technical Diploma in Biomedical/Electric/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment and Accessories in various Health Care/Medical Divisions
4. SERVICE ENGINEER/OFFICER /SR. TECHNICIAN/TECHNICIANS 5 – POSITION – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities :
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, calliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/softwares/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, expiry Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Marketing/Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, sumbit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and the Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical & Mechanical Engineering – preference Medical Electronics/Equipments
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Technician of various Medical Equipments at Hospitals, Clinics etc. in Nepal.
5. Jr. SALES OFFICER/SALES EXECUTIVE 5 – POSITIONS – DHANAGADHI, NEPALGUNJ, BUTWAL, DHARAN & BIRATNAGAR
Responsibilities:
Promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology, Neuro-Surgery, Opthalmology, Radiology, Critical Care, Advanced Wound Management, Dentistry, Gynecology, Hospital Infrastructure & Orthopaedic (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to Government/Private/Non-Government/Donor Agency-INGO/NGO affiliated Health Projects, District/Zonal/Province/Community Hospitals, Health Posts/Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals Medical / Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, follow up day-to-day client, track & maintain daily Sales visit Reports from Sales Officers/Managers, assist in conduct of weekly inter-departmental meetings, preparing Minutes of Meetings, log-in identified/existing service/logistics issues, assist in all other related works in coordination with clients and as per the instruction by Managers/Sr. Managers/Sales Officers.
Qualifications: 10+2 in Management or BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management (or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering) with Sales & Service of Equipments in Health Care/Medical Sectors
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment /Accessories in Health Care Sector – Hospitals/Clinics/Health Projects/Institutions/Projects
6. OPERATION MANAGER /OFFICER – GENERAL MEDICINES, EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES 3 – POSITIONS – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities :
Day to day operation, strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories, provide complete business solution to clients as per requirements, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, prepare Quotations as per clients requirement, work out all advance preparation including prices, documents to participate, follow up, relationships build up with various Governmental / Non-Governal Agencies / Organization for successful Business output through participation in Tender, controlling Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other related works as per the instruction by the Management and top level Executives.

7. E-COMMERCE MANAGER – 1 – POSITION – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities:
Day to day operation, strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, creating client Database, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories/services etc. in Online Business Platforms, provide complete Online Business Solution to clients as per requirements, website design, networking with IT service developers/progammers for access in various gadgets, Online paltforms, digital marketing and email marketing campaigns, website banners, and social content developing, search engine optimization, making Online Catalogues, pricing products, developing various promotional strategies, handeling logistics, addressing customer compalints and resolving these, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, preparing, analysing and reporting Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other E-Commerce Management related works as per the instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Computer Application/Information Technology and preferably with MBA – specialized in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Business
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. solid experinces as E-Commerce Manager promoting various Goods & Services Digitally in Online Platform in Nepal – preferably in the Sector of Medicines, Medical Equipment & Service related Online Businesses
8. DELIVERY STAFF – 3 – POSITIONS – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include carrying out Day-to-Day delivery of various goods and equipments to various clients in Hospitals, Clinics throughout Kathmandu Valley, visits Banks and other places for delivery and receipt of various goods and documents, other light office administration related works like operating photocopy machine, scanning documents, filing documents etc.
Qualifications: 10+2 (intermediate) Degree with strong physical fitness. Must possesses own 2 Wheeler and updated Licenses of both 2 and 4 Wheelers
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Delivery Staff in a reputed organization preferably in Medical Sector
9. Legal Executive/Legal Assistant – 1 – POSITION – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include drafting, translation of all kinds of legal documents/letters/reports in Nepali, visits to various offices including networking with legal advisors/lawyers, arrangement of endorsed notarization of various official legal documents, take part in legal proceedings & litigation, follow ups on behalf of Company, travel as necessary for arrangement of documents related to legal matters, advise office on various legal issues/matters and be involve in all other official administrative works related to Legal Department.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Law. Must posesses own 2 Wheeler and updated License
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Legal Executive/Legal Assistant
10. Insurance Executive/Insurance Assistant – 1 – POSITION – GAIRIDHARA, KATHMANDU OFFICE
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include handling all works related to Insurance of Imported Goods, customs clearance, documentation, database creation, maintenance, update, compile and prepare all claim related documents for claim process, networking with various authorities, organization for necessary documents, letters etc. Arrange Debit Notes for Insurance Policies, negotiate Insurance Policy Premium rates and be involved in all other works related to Insurance Management as per instruction by the Management.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Law. Must possesses own 2 Wheeler and updated License
Experience: 2-3 Years work experiences as Legal Executive/Legal Assistant
