Sr. Manager- 1 – Position – Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities
Day to day operation, strategic business development, maintaining client relationship, promotion & marketing of various medicines/equipment/accessories, provide complete business solution to clients as per requirements, day-to-day supervision of Sales & Marketing, Service Team Members, prepare Quotations as per clients requirement, work out all advance preparation including prices, documents to participate, follow up, relationships build up with various Governmental / Non-Governal Agencies / Organization for successful Business output through participation in Tender, controlling Daily Sales/Service visit Reports, keep tag on Payments/Ageing Limits/Recovery or any other issues with Clients along with Staff Members including all other related works as per the instruction by the Management and top level Executives.
Qualifications: MBA with specialization in Marketing/Strategic Management/Business Development
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment in Neurology and Neuro Surgey Divisions
Sales Manager/Officer/Executive-1 – Position – Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities
To create lead of clients, promotion/sales & marketing of various products related to Neurology and Neuro-Surgery (Medicines, equipments & associated accessories) to General Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists Medical Institutions/Teaching Hospitals/Research Institutions, Medical Labs etc. throughout Nepal, assess client requirements, follow-up for payments, handling grievances, forwarding any service related issues to service department, controlling ageing limits, relationship build-up & maintenance with clients at all levels, be involved and assist in Tender processes, assist in other Business Development activities, assist in recovery processes, day-to-day client visits, submission of daily Sales visit Reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head, conduct weekly inter-departmental meetings, identifying existing issues, address and resolving those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Managers/Division Heads & Management.
Qualifications: BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing Management
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Yrs. Experience in Trading Business – Import/Export/Merchandising – preferably in supply of Medicines & related Medical Equipment in Neurology and Neuro Surgery Divisions
Service Engineer/Officer/ Sr. Technician/Technician
Responsibilities
To address all Service related issues promptly, be engaged in installation, testing, caliberation, demonstration, follow-up all new equipments/products/accessories as per the specification, check rigorously Warranty periods, eExpirty Dates, AMC expiry date, AMC renewals, coordinate with Store & Service Department Heads for necessary accessories, spare parts, for new orders, enquiry/monitor the functionality status of all currently installed equipments / accessories product wise/brand wise as applicable, maintain updated database of all Service related assignments, plan in advance for all visits for installation/service/repair/maintenance/spare-parts with clients, coordinate properly with Head & Team Members of Service Department at Office, prepare, check, sumbit all updated Service Reports/Database/Tour/Visits etc. including performing all other associated works as per the instruction by the Department Head and Management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical/Electronics Engineering – preference Medical Electronics
Experience: Minimum 2-5 Yrs. Experience as Service Engineer/Sr. Service Technician preferably dealing Systems/Equipment maintenance in Neurology and Neuro Surgery Divisions in Hospital/Clinics etc.
Jr. Sales Officer/Sales Executive – 1 – Position – Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities

Store Manager / Asst. Store Manager/Sr. Store Officer/Store Officer/Executive – 1 Position-Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.

Account Officer/Jr. Account Officer/Sr. Account Executive – 1 Position-Gairidhara, Kathmandu Office
Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Company’s Accounting & financial operations, working with direct reports to initiate and drive best practice change and implement robust environment of financial control in all aspects.
- Periodic Financial & Management Accounts Preparation
- Oversee preparation of financial and statutory accounts.
- GP Control Monitoring
- Scrutiny of Corporate Expenses and Employee Claims
- Improve Accounting Procedures and documentation procedures
- Monitor closely Bank and Cash Reconciliation
- Gap Analysis of MIS Vs. Budget, Product costing control and monitoring.
