Position: Engineer
Required Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (BE Civil / B.Arch).
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience specifically in the building sector or hospital-related structure development.
- Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in structural analysis software (such as ETABS or SAP2000) and 3D modeling tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent).
- Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of building construction, strong problem-solving abilities, high ownership, and excellent contractor coordination skills.
