JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Training and Development Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs of hospital staff and develop appropriate training programs
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal training, workshops, and professional development activities
- Maintain records of staff training, orientation, and development programs
- Collaborate with department heads to improve staff skills, performance, and productivity
- Organize orientation programs for newly recruited employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements
- Assist in implementing policies related to staff development and capacity building
- Coordinate with external trainers, institutions, and organizations for specialized training programs
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor in Nursing with MBA or Master in Healthcare Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training, HR development, or hospital administration (experience in healthcare sector preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to design and deliver training programs effectively
- Good computer skills and documentation ability
