Posiiton: BTL Marketing Officers
Location: Chitwan & Itahari

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities within the assigned region to strengthen DEEPAL’s brand presence, generate quality leads, and support sales growth. The role involves managing local activations, test drive events, exhibitions, roadshows, dealership campaigns, and community engagement programs.

• Coordinate with dealership teams and local partners for smooth execution of campaigns
• Ensure proper brand visibility and display standards across assigned territories
• Generate and track leads through regional marketing initiatives
•  Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
• Prepare activity reports and measure campaign effectiveness

Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Completion
•  Relevant experience in Marketing, BTL Activations, Events, or Sales Promotion
•  Valid Driving License 2-wheeler mandatory 4-wheeler is plus
•  Willingness to travel within the assigned region
•  Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
•  Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and result orientation
•  Passion for customer engagement and brand building
