Business and Support Officer (QR)
Job Description:
Job Level: Senior Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our QR code payment network.
- Provide training and support to retail partners on using our digital wallet for transactions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners to drive the adoption and usage of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to increase customer footfall at retail partner locations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to maintain our competitive edge.
- Prepare regular reports on QR code payment performance and present findings to the management team.
- Transaction End-to-End Issue Resolution:
- Dedicated support to user and merchant
- Network Level Transaction Knowledge and Communication Skill:
- Sound Knowledge of Technical Terms and Functions for a similar role
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and operation or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital wallet services and QR code technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of the digital payments industry and emerging trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
