Job Description

This role requires to analyze industry trends and business development opportunities. He/ She shall also be responsible for maintaining business relation with the existing members, potential members and other stake holders.

Job Specification

  • At least University degree in Marketing/Management/Business or related field. MBA in Genreal Management or Marketing preferred.
  • Working Experience of at least 2-3 years for entry level and 3-5 years for mid-level in sales/ business development/ marketing of technology-based product/ services. Outstanding fresh graduate with understanding of the market and knowledge of marketing and business development can also apply.
  • Should have good negotiation and analytical skills. Should be proactive, creative and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C landscape including, consumer behavior, customer segmentation, market dynamics, and competitive analysis..
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations and relationship building/ management.
  • Understanding of payment/ Fintech industry and related regulations in Nepal will be added advantage.
  • Detail-orientated individual who can work under deadline and target pressure both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
