We’re now looking for a dynamic Co-Founder to take charge of our Sales & Marketing segment and help us scale to new heights.
Yes! we’re actively hiring a co-founder who will be responsible for leading sales and marketing for the brand. The right candidate will join the leadership team and will be given a 20% equity stake in Calmera after successfully completing an initial probation period of 1 month. Role Overview:
As the Co-Founder responsible for Sales & Marketing, you will have complete ownership of our digital marketing strategies, content creation, advertising campaigns, and both B2C and B2B sales efforts. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the brand, building our online presence, and driving revenue growth.
You’ll be working with a flexible schedule and will have the freedom to take creative risks, using cutting-edge marketing techniques, including AI tools, to drive sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Digital Marketing Strategy & Content Creation:
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop viral content that resonates with our audience and helps grow Calmera’s online presence Manage social profiles and build online community.
- Explore new marketing techniques, including the use of AI tools, to create contents and optimize campaigns.
– Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute high-converting ad campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Optimize ad performance using data analytics and AI-powered insights to ensure maximum ROI.
- B2B Sales & Partnership Development:
- dentify, approach, and build long-term relationships with potential B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
- Expand Calmera’s presence in the B2B space by targeting online sellers and marketplaces.
– Customer Conversion & Retention:
- Convert leads generated through digital ads into paying customers.
- Ensure consistent customer engagement and drive repeat sales through innovative retention strategies.
– Online Marketplace Strategy:
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings on online marketplaces like Daraz.
- Drive online retail sales while ensuring effective product marketing.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing & Sales.
- Skills acquired by working in digital marketing agencies or in reputed company sales and marketing departments.
- Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns, both on social media and through digital ads.
- Previously created contents that goes regularly viral not by a luck.
- Familiarity with AI & New Marketing Trends.
- Should be young, motivated, and familiar with the latest marketing trends, especially AI-driven tools that enhance marketing campaigns.
- Should be able to integrate new-age technologies into our marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Proven Sales Expertise (B2B & B2C)
- Should have a strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales, with an ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.
- Strong Understanding of Social Media & Content Marketing
- Expertise in content creation and social media management, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Ability to grow our social media following, develop engaging content, and increase brand visibility.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit & Leadership Skills.
- A visionary mindset, with a passion for scaling a brand and leading by example.
- Specifically looking for candidates who are based in Kathmandu Valley.
