Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Creation Expert
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Content Creation Expert to join our team. This person will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing marketing strategies across digital platforms, and driving sales through organic growth and paid ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of content creation, including viral content, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of how to leverage social media platforms for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Content Creation:
- Create engaging and viral content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop creative strategies for content that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with brand goals and audience preferences.
– Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta ads, Google ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Use SEO, content marketing, and other strategies to increase organic reach.
– Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Actively engage with potential customers through DMs, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms, converting inquiries into sales.
- Build strong relationships with the community and potential buyers by providing personalized support and solutions.
- Assist with customer queries, handle sales pitches, and drive conversions through effective communication.
– Tracking & Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms.
- Track key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROAS) and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Key Requirements:
– Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar field.
- A proven track record of creating viral content that drives engagement and sales.
– Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for engaging with customers and crafting compelling content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and how to create content that aligns with them.
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar.
