JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to manage and grow Calmera’s retail partnerships. This role is responsible for making deals with our existing and new retailers, taking orders, closing deals, and managing B2B relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships:
  1. Connect with new retailers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  2. Negotiate and close deals with retail partners to increase sales.
  • Order Handling & Deal Closure:
  1. Take orders from retailers and ensure they are processed correctly.
  2. Close deals and ensure satisfaction with all retail partners.
  • B2B Relationship Management:
  1. Manage ongoing B2B relationships, addressing any issues or concerns quickly and professionally.
  2. Follow up with retailers to ensure smooth operations and repeat business.

Commission Opportunity:

  • Earn lifetime commissions on closed deals and help the company grow.
  • The company ensures a good amount of income based on successful deals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (B2B sales, marketing, or retail deals).

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills: able to speak well and build rapport with shop owners and retail partners.
  • Friendly and approachable: with the ability to deal confidently with other shops.
  • Transportation: Must have a personal bike and a valid license to commute to meet retail partners.
  • Education: At least +2 cleared (higher education is a plus).
