JOB OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and skilled Social Media Handler & Content Creator (could be male or female) to manage and grow Calmera’s online presence. This role is responsible for creating, planning, and editing engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and handling orders that come through these channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, a keen understanding of social media trends, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Create and edit photos and videos for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (e.g., Reels, Stories, Posts).
- Plan and schedule content for the week/month.
- Share the latest Calmera styles and engage with our followers through creative content.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and update Calmera’s social media pages.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to the brand.
- Order Handling:
- Take orders from social media and ensure they are processed correctly.
- Work with the team to follow up on orders and customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role (social media management or content creation).
- Content Understanding: Strong understanding of creating and planning content that engages and grows an audience.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage and connect with followers and customers.
- Eye for Detail: Attention to detail when creating, editing, and publishing content.
- Track Record: A proven track record of creating viral content or successful social media campaigns will be a plus.
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop for content creation and editing.
