Job Vacancy: Social Media & Operations Manager  (Male)

Location: Jadibuti, Kathmandu

Job Type: Full-time 

Calmera, a leading clothing brand, is looking to hire a Social Media & Operations Manager to manage our online presence and oversee various operations at our showroom in Jadibuti. If you are creative, organized, and have a strong passion for digital marketing, sales, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Design and implement content for both social media and our website, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Customer Service & Order Fulfillment: Manage walk-in customer orders and queries, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders on the website, accurately enter details, and ensure timely dispatch of products. Place orders with suppliers as required and track inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure stock levels are adequate, and orders are fulfilled without delay.
  • Other Operational Tasks: Assist with general showroom operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements: Education: Minimum +2 pass (A running bachelor’s degree is preferable.)

Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a similar field (social media management, sales, or operations).

Additional Preferences: 

  • Own computer and mode of transportation is preferable but not necessary.
  • A self-driven, organized, and proactive attitude.

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Moderate knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation (including familiarity with graphic design tools).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
