Job Description
- Reviewing the merchandising strategy and campaign page creation process
- Streamlining/bridging the gap between the Merchandising, onsite, and design team
- Day-on-Day onsite real estate planning based on recent and historical campaign performance in alignment with merchandising/commercial strategy
- Raising platform issues that hinder campaign execution and analysis to relevant stakeholders for resolution – ticket creation
- Understanding all Tools & Platforms used by the department at an operational level to identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Providing feedback for the regional team to enhance UI and user-efficiency
- Ensure that campaign messages and visuals are consistent with the Campaign identity and guidelines
- Promote equal opportunity while planning campaigns and onsite visibility, ensuring all categories and business types receive similar visibility on the app and website
- Data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns based on results
- Achieve category targets and focus on relevant business metrics and monitor performance, spot weaknesses, and deep-dive into fixing them
- Generate innovative and captivating ideas for campaign content
- Align campaign content with marketing objectives and target audience preferences
- Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business with at-least 2 years of work experience in related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with internal teams and external parties
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
