Job Title: Online Sales Representative
Working Hours:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Qualifications:
* Must have a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
* Must have completed Intermediate (+2) level.
* Prior experience in online sales or related fields is preferred.* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and process incoming orders and address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues.
* Engage with customers through various online platforms and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Create and manage content related to promotions, product information, and company updates on social media and other digital channels.
* Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages to foster positive interactions and build brand loyalty.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company goals and brand identity.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
