Job Title: Sales Representative (B2B Segment)
Location: Kathmandu Valley
Required Quantity: 4 (Male-2, Female-2)
Position Overview:
We are looking to hire four enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives (2 male and 2 female) for our B2B segment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires individuals who have completed a bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide desired clothing solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should have completed a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Compensation:
- Earning on Commission and Allowance basis.
- Attractive commission structure.
- Commission on sales will be lifetime for deals closed with clients, providing a continuous income stream and the job offers an attractive allowance that covers Marketing expenses.
