Position Overview:

Carbon-DI Clothing is seeking four motivated and enthusiastic Salespersons to join our team and focus on our B2B segment. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential retail clients within the assigned territory.
• Actively approach and sell our clothing solutions to retail stores and outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing retail clients
• Present and demonstrate our products to retail decision-makers.
• Understand and address the specific needs of retail clients to provide tailored clothing solutions.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets to drive the growth of Carbon-DI Clothing.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to retail clients.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, client interactions, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: +2 or Intermediate level completed.
• Must own a bike or scooter for reliable transportation.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.

Compensation:

• Earnings based on commission and allowance.
• Attractive commission structure with lifetime commissions on deals closed.
• Allowance provided to cover marketing expenses, including fuel and communication costs.
