COMMI – III(KITCHEN)
- Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Checks supplies and prep lists and ensures all items are prepped in a timely fashion.
- To assist with the acceptance and storage of deliveries,
- To be fully aware of all hygiene control and chemicals used in the work place,
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the Executive Chef/ Shift Superiors to complete the daily tasks,
- To be able to work under pressure, for long hours in a heated environment.
