Indian Curry Chef
Description:
- Cook a variety of Indian curries and accompaniments with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
- Develop and innovate Indian dishes.
- Oversee the curry section, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure quality control.
- Manage the stock of Indian-specific ingredients and assist with ordering,
- Occasionally interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with Indian cuisine.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience of work in Indian cuisine. Casino kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety.
