Qualification and Responsibilities:
- Have good command in English and Hindi Language.
- Coordinate, schedule and initiate contracts for promotional events.
- Can create database of the guest and V.I.P guest come to the company.
- Responsible for communicating with VIP players through telemarketing, in-person and gaming floor contact, email correspondence and mailings to educate customers about available services, promotional opportunities and special events
- Increase visitation rates amongst assigned premium casino Guests.
- Devote a significant amount of work time to outbound communication efforts to assigned premium Guests promoting the property, experiences and benefits offered by Casino Pride Nepal.
- Utilize the Organization program to track all premium Guest contacts, preferences, and assigned/completed tasks with the purpose of crafting personalized offers and incentives that appeal to those premium Guests.
- Responsible for arranging all aspects of the premium casino Guests trip including hotel accommodations, dining reservations, Free Play rewards, and entertainment.
- Plan, attend and host Guest onsite/offsite events.
- Comply with all casino rules, regulations, laws, and policies and conducts themselves with the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
- Analyze all marketing data and develop strategies for maximization of casino revenue.
- Plan and ensure effective execution of production calendar through email campaigns and direct mails.
- Manage all communication for creative designs and prepare all brochures, promotional flyers and videos.
- Minimum 5 feet 2 inches to 6 feet.
- Applicants must be at least 19-25 years of age.
- Weight of the candidate should be in proportion to his/her height.
- Spotless skin complexion will give candidates an edge.
- Candidate has to be physically fit.
- Candidate shouldn’t have had history of mental illness in the past.
