Position: Assistant Manager-Software Developer
Location: Lalitpur

Job Description

Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, ensuring client-specific deliverables are scoped, tracked, and shipped within agreed timelines.
Translate ambiguous client business requests into clear technical product specifications.
Prevent scope creep while identifying product gaps.
Build and maintain scalable, secure features using Python (Django) and React that integrate seamlessly. –
Design, implement, and optimize AI agents or LLM-driven workflows to automate client workflows or speed up internal code deployment.
Successfully configure, orchestrate, and maintain software across both on-premises servers and cloud environments
Drive regular triage sessions and execute scheduled maintenance tasks to reduce technical debt and prevent recurring production defects.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, with a heavy emphasis on Python (Django) and React.
Solid understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying AI agentic coding workflows and LLM-driven applications.
Proven capability managing both on-premises environments and cloud deployments
