Training and Product Feedback Incharge
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage training sessions ensuring alignment with Suzuki’s standards
- Provide in-depth training on Suzuki vehicle specification with addressing skill gaps
- Coordinate with dealership and regional teams to maintain training records and adherence to Suzuki’s service protocols
- Oversee warranty claims, provide technical support, and liaise with OEM for issue resolution and product recalls
Experience: 3 years of experience in related field
Qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering
