Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor Degree in management or IT from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations, including standards, procedures, and reporting is essential.
- Minimum three years of experience as Branch In-Charge or in a similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications, or Technology industry.
- Proven success in sales & renewal management and strong operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the branch, ensuring seamless execution of new acquisitions, scheduled renewals, and operational task inspections.
- Drive sales and renewal performance, ensuring the branch meets its revenue targets and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day sales, renewal processes, and technical support operations to maintain efficiency and service excellence.
- Execute strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, improve renewal rates, and foster a high level of team satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and management of branch staff, ensuring they achieve performance benchmarks and professional growth.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to optimize productivity and overall effectiveness.
