Regional Sales In-Charge
Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized Institution.
- In-depth knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations, including standards, procedures, and reporting is essential.
- Minimum six years of experience leading branches, regional or in a similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications, or Technology industry.
- Proven success in sales & renewal management and strong operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of multiple branches, ensuring the seamless execution of new acquisitions and scheduled renewals.
- Strategically guide and monitor sales and renewal activities across all branches to ensure that regional revenue targets and business objectives are consistently met.
- Manage and streamline day-to-day sales, renewal processes, and technical support operations across branches to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
- Execute region-wide strategies designed to enhance sales performance, improve renewal rates, and increase overall team satisfaction across branches.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management efforts for branch staff across multiple branches, ensuring that all team members meet established performance benchmarks and continue to grow professionally.
