Grid In-charge
Location: Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal
Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized institution
- In depth knowledge of Internet Service provider (ISP) operations, including standards procedures and reporting is essential
- Minimum Three-years experience as branch In-charger or in Similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications or Technology industry
- Proven Success in sales management and strong operational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact between sales team and technical team
- Lead daily sales operation and maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Ensure that grid meets its sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor gird with employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Lead gird level research on industry trends, competitive product and pricing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointment and preparing reports
