Branch Technical In-charge
Location: Dharan, Koshi Province
Qualification | Skills:
- Minimum 10+2 completed; preferred with Bachelor degree
- In-depth knowledge of FTTH and passive optical networks
- Optical Network Troubleshooting
- Sufficient Knowledge on Network Device and Their Operation MS Package
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of ODN and overall network (ODN) and transport of the branch
- Coordinate with the sales, customer connection, and managed service teams for customers’ problems for providing and optimized solution
- Support the customers problems with relevant R&D on the field
- Coordinate with local authorities and government bodies as and when required
- SLA monitoring of the contractor
