Bachelor Degree in management or IT from recognized Institution.
In-depth knowledge of Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations, including standards, procedures, and reporting is essential.
Minimum three years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications, or Technology industry.
Proven success in sales, Dealer, POS management, and strong operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying strategic locations to set up new POS based on market demand.
Ensuring that POS locations are fully equipped with necessary branding materials.
Developing strategies to increase new customer acquisitions through POS.
Training POS agents and staff to effectively sell our services.
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet company targets.
Conducting market analysis to identify high-potential areas for new POS.
Coordinating with sales, marketing, and technical teams for smooth service activation.
