Position: Installation Co-ordinator

Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT or Technology related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Â Knowledge of FTTH infrastructure, fiber optic networks, port configurations, and basic troubleshooting, NMS handling.
- Â Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM or field service tools; skilled in documentation and progress reporting.
- Â Strong coordination with technicians and customers, with clear verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Port Verification: Inspect and verify fiber optic ports at customer premises to ensure compatibility with FTTH infrastructure and required technical standards.
- Installation Scheduling: Plan and coordinate installation appointments, aligning customer availability with technician schedules for timely service delivery.
- Â Team Coordination: Work closely with field technicians to report port status, address discrepancies, and streamline the installation process.
- Â Customer Communication: Confirm installation details with customers, provide updates, and guide them on necessary preparations.
- Â Progress Tracking: Monitor installation and port verification progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting to supervisors.
- Â Quality & Compliance: Ensure all activities follow technical standards, company protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Â Issue Escalation & Improvement: Escalate technical/logistical issues and contribute to performance improvement through data-driven insights.
