2. System and IT – Sr. Manager / Manager
Location: Thapathali
Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, Master degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management with a focus on infrastructure, data center, CDN, IPTV and Software development
- Proficiency in virtualization, containerization. Cloud platforms and IT Security
- Strong Leadership and project management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy and maintain ISP-grade IT Systems (Servers. Storage and networks)
- Optimize data center and cloud-based infrastructure, including hybrid cloud solutions
- Manage and optimize IPTV and CDN infrastructure to improve content delivery and streaming
- Automate system and network operations for efficiency
- Explore and implement digitalization projects to improve and streamline existing operations
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plan
- Lead software development teams for in-house applications aligned with business goals
