Position: Utility & Maintenance Manager
Location: Hetauda Lothar
Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage plant utilities & mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, WTP/ETP, RO systems
- Hands-on exposure to high-speed bottling & packaging lines.
- Working knowledge of CMMS / SAP PM and preventive maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance, EHS, and energy optimization.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage technicians and handle breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of all utility systems.
- Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
- Reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Monitor energy efficiency and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety & statutory compliance.
Supervise technicians, vendors, and contractors.
