Senior Admin and Finance Manager
Chaudhary Foundation is the social initiative of Chaudhary Group. Since 1995 AD, it has been addressing relevant social challenges and advancing long-lasting social reforms. The majority of its activity is in the areas of enterprise development, disaster management, health and sanitation, education and livelihood development.
Key Responsible Areas
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy in alignment with the foundation’s objectives. Provide leadership to the finance team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, partners, and government agencies to ensure financial transparency, accountability, and compliance (donors and regulatory) are met.
- Oversee the preparation and management of the foundation’s budget, financial forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all legal and statutory compliances are timely and adequately adhered to and the checklist duly maintained (including Audit, SWC Compliance, renewal of documents, etc.)
- Focal person for any government liaison specifically on financial and admin issues/compliances.
- Conduct a statutory audit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBS) or Master’s degree (MBA/MBS) with 5+ years of experience in Finance and Account management role preferably in development sector.
Strong proficiency in accounting software particularly Swastik, advanced Excel and financial statement preparation. - Expert knowledge on audit, review and verification techniques and financial management.
