Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG/agro product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct sales of agro products, build strong customer relationships, promote offers, and achieve sales targets.
- Collect and process customer orders, ensuring correct quantity, pricing, and proper documentation.
- Oversee timely order dispatch, track deliveries, and verify product quantities to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor van stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and maintain real-time sales and inventory records.
- Reconcile daily cash and credit sales, ensuring accurate financial reporting and transparency.
- Gather and report competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends to aid business strategy.
