Finishing Supervisor & Interior Designer
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelors / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent within minimum 3-4 years experiences of Building and Project Construction in an up-scale hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall monitoring of interior – timber flooring, paneling, false ceiling, tile & marble works etc.
2. Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations and Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
3. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect, liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
4. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors and Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
