Sales & Marketing Manager
Qualification/Skills
Master’s Degree in Business Administration within minimum 8-10 years direct experience in Sales & Marketing (Hospitality) along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the formulation of sales policies, objectives, and initiatives for the organization.
- Set both short-term and long-term sales strategies to guide the sales team towards achieving organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales programs, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives, recommend enhancements to products or services to boost customer satisfaction and maximize sales potential.
- Maintain a high level of activity and productivity within the sales team. Track and analyze the number of sales calls made and the volume of sales generated to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage, develop, coach, and control the sales force to enhance their skills and professionalism
