Qualifications/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field. Background in Customer Relationship Management or a related field having a minimum of 2 year of proven experience
Candidate from Home Appliance industry will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate timely resolution of customer issues, including product repairs, replacements, or refunds
- Track client interactions, transactions, and service history for smooth communication and follow-up
- Identify opportunities for personalized service and effective problem-solving
