Architectural Draftsman
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Qualification/Skills
An association’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar within minimum 3-5 years direct experience in Industrial designation along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Creating technical drawings from architect’s sketches ad specifications.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations building codes, and other construction details.
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, constructions managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
