Business Development Head – Power and Infra

Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur

Qualifications/Skills

1. As the Business Development Head at Power & Infra main role involves driving strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance the company’s market position and profitability in the hydroelectric power sector.
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, BA.LLB, BSc/BE Engineering or related field preferred.
3. Demonstrated at least 10-15 years of experience in similar corporate houses.
4. Ability to prepare sound proposals and contracts & Build strong relationships with clients, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders.
5. Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
6. Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the business development strategy for the hydro power plant.
2. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the renewable energy sector.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partners.
4. Assess the demand for hydroelectric power and identify target markets.
5. Project Identification and Evaluation.
6. Identify potential hydro power projects and assess their feasibility.
7. Evaluate the economic and technical viability of new projects.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and local communities.
9. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
10. Lead negotiations for project acquisitions, partnerships, and other business agreements.
11. Structure deals that are financially sound and align with the company’s goals
