Tender/Bids Engineer
Location: Sanepa, Lalitpur
Qualifications / Skills
Seeking candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering or higher and 5-7 years of hydro Power & construction industry experience in costing and bidding. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Should handle tender search mainly Government customers, E Tendering, Bidding, and online Tender search.
- Drafts and compiles comprehensive bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Review project requirements, scopes, and technical documents to develop precise and competitive bids.
- Collaborates with various departments like sales, engineering, and finance to gather necessary information for bids.
- Calculates costs, evaluates risks, and creates pricing structures while considering profitability and competitiveness.
- Manages the submission process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Should bill check and estimate, reconcile bill and BOQ prepare.
