Location: Pokhara
Qualification/Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field. Background in Sales and Marketing knowledge with proven experience. Proficiency in working closely with distributors and dealers for product distribution will be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers, ensuring terms are favorable for the company.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of products to the market.
- Implement changes and adjustments to enhance overall sales performance.
