Manager – HR & Admin

Qualifications/Skills

Seeking applicants with a Master’s degree in Management or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of HR / Admin experience, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity. Preference will be given to candidates with an additional degree in Law & who have working experience in FMCG Plant.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Handling performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Supervising administrative tasks such as office maintenance, supplies, and facilities management.
  • Managing health and safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Serving as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and improve organizational culture.
