Position: Executive – Supply Chain Procurement
Location: Hetauda,lothar
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, machinery, spares, consumables, and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Working on Root Cause Analysis and doing Corrective and Preventive Action for the customer complaints and quality related issue in terms of procurement.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Coordinate inventory, forecast demand, control costs, and drive strategic sourcing and procurement projects.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, inventory, GRNs, and gate entries for incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, and finance teams; implement process improvements and corrective actions for procurement-related issues.
Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in factory procurement or supply chain, with knowledge of machinery and materials.
- Strong in ERP systems (Swastik/SAP/Oracle), Excel, and skilled in negotiation and vendor management.
