Qualifications | Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or utility management in an industrial or manufacturing setting (preferably) in the beverage or food industry).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of all utility systems (water, electricity, compressed air, steam, gas, refrigeration, HVAC) to ensure efficient distribution and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction
Conduct routine in sections, preventive maintenance, and necessary repairs on utility equipment, while implementing a maintenance, and necessary repairs on utility equipment, while implementing a maintenance and necessary repairs on utility equipment, while implementing a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maintain accurate records
Ensure the efficient operation of essential equipment such as boilers, compressors, refrigeration units, and electrical panels through regular maintenance and timely replacement of damaged parts
Ensure utility operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards while conducting regular safety inspections and participating in emergency drills to maintain a safe working environment
